How We Started

Founded on intention

Maison Laurel was founded in 2018 by Lauren Moreau, a stylist with over 12 years of experience who was tired of the rushed, assembly-line feel of big salons.

"I wanted a place where every client felt truly seen — where we took the time to understand not just your hair, but your life."

What started as a one-chair studio has grown into a team of three passionate stylists, each bringing their own specialty and genuine love for the craft.

We use only clean, plant-based products — no harsh sulfates, no ammonia, no compromises. We believe what goes on your hair matters just as much as how it looks.
